JM30 Insulation Brick
JM30 insulation brick adopts imported plate corundum and high purity fused corundum as the main raw materials. JM30 insulation bricks are made of high temperature shuttle kiln through mixing, drying and forming with advanced superfine powder addition technology. JM30 insulating bricks are widely used in residue gasifier, synthetic ammonia converter, carbon black reactor and refractory kiln.
JM30 Insulation Brick Description
JM30 insulation firebrick is made from high purity refractory clays with gradually increasing aluminum oxide content and are carefully saturated with organic filling, which then burns out during the production process, resulting in a homogeneous, controlled porous structure. To achieve required tolerance, all six walls of each brick are mechanically processed.
